The product description page provides information on the delivery cost, which is automatically calculated based on the country selected in the Site Settings and the quantity of product units.

 

Third-Party Transport Company for Order Pickup:

You have the option to select the "Pickup" delivery method if you prefer to arrange pickup through a third-party transport company.

Please contact us to provide details of the selected transport company and to agree upon a pickup date.

 

Responsibility for Customs Clearance Costs:

The buyer is responsible for covering the costs associated with customs clearance in the delivery country. Each country has its own taxes and import fees.

 

Special Price Offer for Bulk Order Delivery:

If your shipment exceeds 150kg and the delivery country is outside the EU, please get in touch with us. We collaborate with multiple international logistics companies and may be able to offer better rates for bulk deliveries.

 

Tracking Number Retrieval and Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided for all parcels, and you can monitor the progress on the website of the transport company. The tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the order is prepared for shipping. Note that some transport companies' websites may experience delays in providing tracking updates.

 

Shipping Timeframe:

If the ordered products are in stock, dispatch occurs on business days within 2 to 3 Business days from the receipt of payment.
