The Ubiquiti U6-LR Access Point is a cutting-edge wireless networking solution, delivering high-performance connectivity with advanced features. It offers a compact and lightweight design suitable for wall or ceiling mounting.

Constructed with durable materials such as polycarbonate for the enclosure and stainless steel (SUS304) for the mount, the device ensures longevity and reliability. Its IP54 weatherproofing allows for deployment in diverse environmental conditions.

In terms of hardware, the U6-LR features a Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port for networking, supporting both PoE+ and passive PoE (48V). The device is powered by a UniFi PoE switch or a 48V, 0.5A PoE adapter. It operates within a voltage range of 44—57V DC and consumes a maximum of 18.5W.

The access point boasts impressive wireless capabilities with a maximum TX power of 26 dBm for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, utilizing 4x4 MIMO technology. It achieves throughput rates of 600 Mbps and 2400 Mbps for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, respectively, and features antennas with gains of 4 dBi and 5.5 dBi.

The U6-LR supports advanced networking standards, including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices. Security features such as WPA-PSK, WPA-Enterprise, and VLAN support enhance network protection. With certifications including CE, FCC, and IC, this access point meets industry standards.

UniFi Network software, version 6.0.34 and later, is required for optimal functionality. The access point supports over 350 concurrent clients, and its management is facilitated through a factory reset button. Operating in temperatures ranging from -30 to 60° C (-22 to 140° F) and with a humidity tolerance of 5 to 95% noncondensing, the U6-LR is suitable for various deployment scenarios.
